Take time to enjoy God’s beautiful creation. God is so good and creative! He made this world so intricately and magnificently! The unique, exciting, and beautiful way the sun rises and sets, the stars shine, the mountains rise in the sky, and the birds fly. Taking time to slow down and admire God’s beautiful creation is fascinating and so important! Often in life, we get so busy that we don’t notice the little things. We don’t notice that the grass is green or the flowers are blooming. We’re so drawn into business that we don’t appreciate the marvelous world we live in. We can each slow down enough to admire God’s work, whether going on a hike, a picnic, or just sitting outside in peace, taking in the beautiful scenery. God wants us to rest in His presence and to be restored through Him. Psalm 23:2 says, “He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside quiet waters. He restores my soul.” We need to take time to rest in God’s presence and let Him lead us in the beautiful nature that He created. God spent intentional time creating everything so beautifully, so we should take time to admire His beautiful work. I know that I feel so connected to God when I’m outside and feel overwhelmed with the beauty surrounding me. I believe that it’s something everyone should take time to do and should thank God for His work. God is so good!!
